I am a professional chef with 10+ years of experience with a michelin/fine dinning background. Since I remember I've always been cooking and experimenting in the kitchen. I went through many kitchens, countries and food around the world. I developed my unique style combining my passion for mediterraean and asian cuisine specialising at japanese ingredients and techniques.
Love for modern cuisine, sourdough baking and exploring new flavours and combinations.
