Chef Alex Tasty

Dear Alessio and Abian, I would like to extend my sincere thanks to both of you for the truly wonderful experience you created for our romantic surprise birthday dinner. Everything was executed to perfection — from the atmosphere and presentation to the incredible quality of each dish. It was an unforgettable evening for us. What we appreciated most was the care and attention you gave to the dietary requirements of a pregnant guest. You were extremely thoughtful in adapting the menu, ensuring that all ingredients were appropriate and safe while still delivering a refined and delicious culinary experience. This level of consideration and professionalism gave us complete peace of mind and allowed us to fully enjoy the celebration. Your ability to balance creativity, flexibility, and sensitivity to these needs did not go unnoticed. It is rare to find chefs who combine such talent with genuine attentiveness to their guests. For us, this was truly a 10 out of 10 experience — and we would recommend you without hesitation to anyone looking to create a special and meaningful occasion. Thank you again for making this birthday celebration so memorable. Warm regards, Andreea & Xu
