My name is Daniel , and I’m a 27-year-old chef with an extraordinary journey behind the stove:

I started my adventure at 18, trading comfort for curiosity and turning every new destination into a lesson in flavors, techniques, and stories. From the sun-soaked shores of the Mediterranean to the bustling street markets of Carribean, from cosmopolitan Amsterdam to hidden gems in Mediterranean —I’ve let each experience become part of my culinary DNA.

Cooking, for me, is the most powerful passport: a single bite can take you across continents. My style is creative, bold, and borderless, designed to surprise and delight even the most adventurous palates.
