I am a good all round cook with 35 years of experience in quiet rural France and Switzerland. I have worked for the last 20 years in and around Amsterdam. I have served food in more than 1000 different homes and produced culinary content for television and social media, as part of my work as a self employed Chef. I have also helped families coping with Alzheimers and Dementia or older clients who wish to remain in their own homes for as long as possible.
