I am a professional chef with 5 years of experience between Italy and England.
Here I learned to work with real Chefs, to be precise, fast and ensure the best possible food by local standards. Passionate about modern cuisine following the new styles that are now the masters, but without neglecting my origins, I propose a cuisine full of new tastes that for one evening will make you feel like in the best restaurant in your city. Passionate sommelier, I also propose various food-wine combinations if desired.
