I am a passioned home cook, I studied years in Italy from every possible starred chef, took multiple masterclasses including Massimo Bottura, Luciano Monosilio and Moreno Cedroni.

I love to cook fine dining as well as traditional recipes and I can teach also how to make your pasta perfect.

All fresh ingredients, preferably by local farmers or km0, fresh catch of the days or best meat and game (we are in season).
