A Dutch private chef who is passionate and maybe even a bit obsessed with wood fired cooking, love to cook the finer things over fire like mussels and radishes, but also the larger pieces of meat that just hang above the fire slowly taking up all that heat and gentle smoke.
Back in the Netherlands now after living in Ireland the last 12 years.
I now train chefs to cook over fire, give workshops, create menus and recipes for restaurants and have some space in my agenda to do some private cheffing, if you are looking for a one of a kind experience don’t hesitate to contact me.
