I am the breakfast chef of Hotel Indigo in The Hague. I started this new project as privete chef to bring and share my gastronomic experience to a more personal audience. I have 10 years of experience working as a cook around Europe. Spain, Italy, Portugal, and Holland. I studied Hospitality in Cataluña for 3 years where I was mentored by grand Chefs. In earlier positions I have had different responsibilities, such as, cook, chef de parti, and sous chef.
My specialty is the Mediterranean cuisine, and I also have experience in South American, Northern European, and North African cuisine.
