Chef Nahid Hilmi

Born and raised in Morocco and now based in the Netherlands, I have spent the past five years exploring the culinary world and developing my passion for cooking.

While my roots have shaped my love for food, my cooking is inspired by many cuisines and cultures. I am particularly drawn to Mediterranean, Indian, and Asian flavors, and I love experimenting with ingredients, spices, and techniques to create dishes that are both comforting and exciting. For me, cooking is a creative process where traditions meet curiosity and every dish tells a story.

I often say that my kitchen is my art studio. It is where I can express my creativity, play with flavors, and transform simple ingredients into memorable experiences. While I truly enjoy cooking, what brings me the greatest satisfaction is seeing people gather around the table and enjoy the food I have prepared for them.

Whether through cooking classes, private dining experiences, or shared meals, my goal is to create moments of connection, discovery, and pleasure through food.
