Power couple from Mediterranean food! Two chefs sharing the passion of cooking the cultures we grow up with, Catalan, Spanish, Italian and Turkish.
We are Anastasia and Pol, a married couple that meet while working on one of the best restaurants in the world, El Celler de Can Roca (Girona, Spain). Anastasia grow up in Turkey and trained under Classic French culinary school. Pol is from Barcelona and trained in classic Spanish food. We worked in different parts of the world like Thailand, Italy, Turkey, Spain and now The Netherlands. Together we share the passion of cooking and sharing our food cultures with everybody!
