Obsessed with researching ingredients and making honest food from them.
I’m a self-taught Asian cook with five years of experience working in HORECA, mostly with a European palate. I’m moving away from HORECA jobs because I want to develop my own ideas and values towards cooking, ones that are more informed by health, nutrition, and digestibility. However, aesthetics and experimental flavors are also important attributes and motivations for me to cook, and I want to deliver those as well. Ideally, I would like to provide families with meals that keep everyone healthy and inspired, getting all the nutrients while exploring new flavors and finding wonder in food.

my home in Vietnam, with my mom, a chemist and home cook. When I moved here, I worked at Bartine, ñ and Oficina. I also did private catering.
