I have more than 10 years experience in spanish cuisines and 5 year in the nederland, I work in many kind of restaurante, private events,michrllin star restaurants, catering, etc.

I want to expand the horizons in the Dutch offer gastronomy and show another kind of cuisines more modern not falling the French rules cuisines trying to be more rock&roll.
