Im a down-to-earth chef with 12 years of experience in the kitchen, and my philosophy is simple: food should be real, honest, and done right. While I have a broad range of skills across different cuisines, my heart lies in hearty, home-cooked meals that bring people together. I believe in keeping things uncomplicated—good ingredients, thoughtful techniques, and a whole lot of love.
I’m lucky to have two beautiful kids and a supportive partner who are always excited to be my taste testers (even if some of my creations end up as a “learning experience,” haha). For me, the real joy comes from making others happy through food—it’s what keeps me going and why I do what I do.
