I am a German/Japanese retired chef, keen to put my skills to good use... Please the tastebuds and entertain.

Ive been cooking for twenty years, worked in German restaurants, Italian restaurants, upmarket cafes... Fine dining to McDonald's, I've done it it all.

I specialise in Mexican, Mediterranean, Italian, and Asian cuisine, as well as catering for corporate lunches, with an emphasis on fresh salads, sandwiches and wraps, or fancy finger foods and Hordeurvres.

I pride myself on flavour and presentation.

And because I retired from full-time cheffing, I'm always in a good mood and ready to make people laugh...
