I’m a professional Chef, from the Italian Riviera.
I have been working in restaurants since a very young age, and been around food all my life, specially in my family. In Italy food is one of the most important things, because it brings people together, around a table, sharing stories, have a laugh, a glass of wine. It’s so powerful. That’s why I have a strong passion for cooking as well. I have been working in many different restaurants, from fine dining restaurants in London, to very well known Italian Restaurants in Auckland, Sydney, Melbourne and more. I have learned many techniques on my trips, and love to create, test and trying new dishes, ingredients every day.
