I am jolly easy to go chap. I enjoy making people smile, specially with my food. My culinary journey began as a kid in my home kitchen on the foothills of the Himalayas in a splendid town called Kalimpong, where a weekly local farmers market was the only way to buy fresh produce.
It took-off when I moved to New Zealand in 2008, when cooking became more than a profession and since then it has taken me from international hotels to top restaurants for over a decade. No doubt the hardship was tremendous but getting paid for what I love doing meant it was never a job, it was a journey of dreams. Now, I am planning to bring that skill and passion to your homes and onto your dining tables.
