I have been a chef for just over 30 years.
I've worked as a private chef in England, Wellington and Europe.
I have owned my own businesses, including catering and owning my own cafe. I'm a talented pastry chef as well as specializing in savoury dishes.
My passion is teaching people to cook. I have worked in restaurants, on boats, on islands, in castles, on golf courses, and on TV.
I love when people say to me, "you taught me this thing, and we always do it/cook it".
I hate waste, and love being creative with leftovers.
