Get to know me better

I am a young chef, fresh out of university. I love all things culinary. I am super passionate and hardworking. I have a super bubbly persona.

I have freshly graduated from AUT's Diploma of Culinary Arts. I have had many different work experiences that gives me a very broad skillset. I have had so many great opportunities including working with Tony Astle on multiple occassions. I love being able to be creative with food and enjoy creating dishes that are nutritious and make people happy.

A way to bring ingredients to life. Cooking isnt just about sustenance, its about creativity. I like to be able to balance both.

I learned to cook at...

I have always been in the kitchen since a young age. I won multiple culinary awards in highschool and have since graduated with a Diploma from AUT.

A cooking secret...

Being passionate. My love for food and for what i do is reflected in my work. I find that the quality of my work is enhanced when i am passionate.
