Kia Ora, I am a full time Chef, very passionate about fine dining experience and culinary cuisine. I implement my culture (Maori) in many dishes.
I started as a home cook for my family for 20+ years. I studied for 4 years Food & Beverage and Culinary Cuisine. I am Sole trader of “Josephine’s Cuisine & Graze”
I am currently Chef at Hoani Waititi Marae on a part time basis but always looking for opportunities to expand my customer base. Food is my passion and food is my Life. I am very driven by what I create and I just love what I do.

age 7. I would cook and bake for my parents and siblings and I knew one day I would be a chef. My Mother and Grandmothers also taught me a lot.
