Kia Ora, I am a Chef/ Barista. Also full time mum. I implement my culture (Maori) in many dishes. I love Food, I love entertaining.
I started as a home cook for my family for 20+ years. I studied for 4 years Food & Beverage and Culinary Cuisine. I am Sole trader of “Jo’s Cuisine & Graze”.
Food is my passion and food is my Life. I am very driven by what I create and I just love what I do.
Also do Party Themed Catering and anything made on request.
