My name is Patricia Godoy, I've been a chef for 17 years, nearly 18.
I'm from Colombia, but a proud NZ resident. My aim is to show my skills at cooking for private parties, events or special gatherings. Also, my experience in the kitchen can be of use to develop new menus and/or products.
Within my working career I have worked in a variety of capacities within the industry including American BBQ, Argentinian BBQ, Vegan, Corporate Menus, private catering both small and large events, ethnic food, ran end to end logistics/management of catering events within a Science, Art and technology theme park (Tecnopolis - Argentina) providing on average for 30,000 people.
