Professional kiwi chef with 17 years international experience in high end establishments including Michelin and hatted restaurants
I am a professional chef of 17 years who started my career in Auckland as an apprentice at Soul Bar and Bistro before opening an award winning cafe with my sister. After a few years of operating the cafe I decided to travel to further my culinary career, I spent a year in Ireland working in Michelin starred restaurants followed by a year in Sydney then to Queenstown where I spent a few years. I’m passionate about the incredible ingredients we have here in New Zealand and use my broad knowledge of a wide range of cuisines to best showcase what our country has on offer in a refined fusion offering.
