His journey has taken him from renowned restaurants in Florence, Italy, to luxury private yachts, where he refined his skills creating bespoke culinary experiences for discerning guests.
Having also worked throughout Australia and New Zealand, Sam brings a wealth of international experience, combining authentic Italian traditions with a deep appreciation for fresh local ingredients.
