I am a professional chef with 10 years experience. I gained my culinary skills in Mumbai's cut throat hotel Industry. There, I learnt to serve a mixture of culinary styles from Mediterranean to Continental. I continued my fine dining experience by moving to New Zealand and working at Auckland's Amora Hotel. I later developed my intuition in catering to the Kiwi pallette by working as a Chef de Partie at the Postmans Leg. And at Mt Eden's The Good Home as a Senoir Sous Chef.
