I am a qualified Chef of 16 years, who has worked in England, France and Thailand and had the honor to work with talented chefs such as Rick Stein in Cornwall, Tom Aikens in London and with Michelin Star Chefs from all over the world in Bangkok. I have a strong love for delicious local food and unusual ingredients. My mission is to bring to your plate super fresh and exciting local ingredients, with a perfect balance of seasonal produce, ethically and locally sourced, infused with unusual spices from my travels around the globe.
