Chef Polydoros Lenis

Hello my name is Polydoros Lenis and i am a private chef coming from Greece. Being grown up with a healthy way of eating background, i joined and graduated from the National School of Tourism Studies of Greece from the department of cooking. After being brought up with the base of the cooking and experiencing in all sort of food service types, I took the step and moved to the Netherlands and then to Portugal. As i experienced different venues and understood the food level and markets of these countries I took the decision to offer my knowledge and services of "eating healthy and tasty" to the people. Being strong supporter of the idea "We are what we eat", I believe the well being is affected strongly from what we put in our body.
