Get to know me better

I like to cook the best of portuguese gastronomy to others and let them travel through the flavours of our amazing cuisine.

I'm a professional chef currently working in one of the best steakhouses in Europe, located in Lisbon, Portugal. I started my jouney by studiyng culinary arts in the Estoril Higher Institute for Tourism and Hotel Studies. I started woking in some catering companies, in 5* hotels in Cascais and restaurants with diferente types of cuisine in Lisbon.

At the moment I am also a teacher in a vocational school where I give bakery and pastry lessons.

For me, cooking is...

a act of love! And the best reward is to see the smiles and compliments about the food you cooked!

I learned to cook at...

I learned the techniques and the basics of everything that I know today at school. But was already a curious home cook!

A role model in the kitchen is...

I am inspired by so many chefs that i don't even know where to start! Maybe José Avilez, Henrique Sá Pessoa, Alex Atala and Alain Passard.
