Hi everyone,
My name is Aydin, and I’m a professional chef from Istanbul. I’ve been cooking for over 10 years in professional kitchens, with experience in several renowned restaurants across Turkey, as well as serving as a Head Chef in the UK.
If you’re planning a big gathering, I can bring along a trusted team of chefs to make sure everything is perfect. Whatever you’d like from Turkish cuisine, just let me know, and we’ll work on it together.
What I enjoy most, however, are private Turkish cooking sessions. I love teaching home techniques so you can cook authentic dishes yourself. I’m always happy to discuss your preferences and expectations to create a menu tailored just for you.
