My name is Aydin, a professional chef from Antalya / Kaş, currently working as a Head Chef. With over 10 years of experience in professional kitchens, I have worked in several renowned restaurants across Turkey, as well as leading kitchens in the UK.
For larger gatherings, I work with a trusted team of chefs to deliver a seamless and well-executed experience. From traditional to refined Turkish cuisine, each menu is shaped around your preferences and expectations.
What I value most, however, are private Turkish cooking sessions. Whether you choose to learn or simply enjoy the experience, I focus on sharing authentic techniques and flavors in a relaxed and engaging way. Each session is tailored to you—designed not just as a meal, but as a memorable culinary experience.
