Cuisine enthusiast, I seek perfection in every dish
After returning to Turkey and a long career in Istanbul running a travel company and a hotel she changed her life to become a chef in Bodrum. An avid recipe and story collector from all parts of Turkey and abroad she has made a life for her and her husband in the gorgeous countryside of Bodrum, Turkey sharing her love of Turkish Cuisine to the world as much as she can. She is the co-founder of SlowFood Bodrum convivium and is trying to save ancient recipes in the area with her fellow members.
