I'm a dedicated and enthusiastic chef, learned from the best and prepared to work hard.
My Career has been started at Culinary Arts Academy in Istanbul. And as soon as I graduated I worked at high end Restaurants in Istanbul. After that I moved to Chicago.
I worked at michelin star and bib gourmand award winning restaurants like Alinea, Wood, Salero, Momotaro and also diners and pubs. And then I moved back to Bodrum. I've started to work at The Bodrum Edition as a Sous Chef.
And After Edition, I've started my own business, Bernie's Kitchen in Kizilagac. Restaurant is closed right now. With the pandemic, I turned to being a private chef. I'm going full speed on working as private chef for 3.5 years now and setting great tables all around Turkey, wherever you want.
