I am an Executive Chef with over a decade of experience in fine dining, Michelin-recognized restaurants, and sustainable gastronomy. Throughout my career, I have specialized in creating seasonal, ingredient-driven menus that combine modern techniques with respect for local traditions and exceptional products.

As the Executive Chef of The Barn Restaurant in Türkiye, I led a kitchen recognized by the Michelin Guide with a Michelin Green Star, reflecting my commitment to sustainability, responsible sourcing, and farm-to-table cooking. Working closely with local producers and using ingredients grown on our own farm has shaped my culinary philosophy: simple ingredients, treated with care and precision, create the most meaningful dining experiences.

My international experience has allowed me to work with multicultural teams, develop refined tasting menus, manage large-scale culinary operations, and deliver exceptional hospitality at the highest standards.

Today, I offer bespoke private dining experiences tailored to each client. Whether it's an intimate dinner, a family celebration, a luxury villa stay, or a special event, every menu is thoughtfully designed around my guests' preferences, dietary requirements, and the finest seasonal ingredients available.
