Chef Cansu Irmak Aydar

My professional culinary journey began about 13 years ago. After studying archaeology at university, I decided to pursue my dream of becoming a chef as a career and set out on my path by getting professional training. In terms of what I haven't done in this field, I decided to participate in the MasterChef competition, ticking off another item on my list of things to do. Cooking, serving food, and talking about it is the only thing I truly enjoy. This job is more than just filling stomachs—it's a passion :)
