Your chef Carl, who is known under his nick name ‘Carlos’, graduated from a Belgian Hotel School. For many years he owned a restaurant where he introduced the Belgian and international cuisine to his customers.
Carlos grew up in an international family and had the opportunity to learn many different cuisines through his family and also due to his many trips to Morocco, Thailand, Maldives, and USA etc.
He was also the private chef of a Belgian Minister.
Carlos continued his professional career in Cyprus, and then here in Turkey for almost 13 years.
He has never stopped cooking although not professionally, he enjoyed preparing meals for his friends or for some private events. Now he has decided to put on his chef’s hat again for you and he hopes you will enjoy his meals.
