Chef Cengizhan Oktay

We are a two-chef team with complementary culinary backgrounds and a shared passion for creating memorable dining experiences.

Our cooking brings together different perspectives: one of us has a strong background in East Asian cuisine and fermentation, while the other specializes in Italian cooking, handmade pasta and the rich culinary traditions of Italy. Together, we combine these influences with seasonal Mediterranean ingredients to create menus that are both familiar and unexpected.

We love working with techniques such as koji, miso, lacto-fermentation, curing and handmade pasta, always with a focus on balance, flavor and quality ingredients.

Every menu we create is tailored to the people we cook for. Whether it’s an intimate dinner, a relaxed sharing experience, a creative chef’s table or something completely unique, we build each menu around your tastes, the occasion and the season.

Vegan, vegetarian and other dietary preferences are always welcome. We believe everyone should be able to enjoy the same level of care and creativity.

We can also create wine pairings and food & cocktail pairings, carefully matching each course with the right drink to make the entire experience feel complete.

We love experimenting and exploring new ideas, but we believe technique should always serve the food. Our goal is to create experiences that feel personal, exciting and generous — bringing people together around a table and leaving them with something to remember.
