I have been working as a chef for 6 years. I first graduated from the Culinary Arts Academy in Istanbul. Then I completed professional Italian cuisine training at Alma la Scuola Internazionale di Cucina Italiana in Italy. After that, I worked at a restaurant named Nostrano with 1 Michelin star in the city of Pesaro, Italy. After working as a head chef in various hotels in Istanbul, I have been living in Bodrum for about 18 months.
