For the past five years, I have been living in Bodrum, combining traditional and modern recipes using local ingredients from the region. After graduating from the Culinary Program at Anadolu University, I successfully completed the 'Professional Culinary' training at Foodrum, Bodrum’s culinary school. Over the past two years, I have been preparing dishes for wine-tasting events with various wine companies and providing catering services for private gatherings..
