Get to know me better
It has always been a great pleasure for me to present the food I have cooked to my guests.
In the last 9 years of my 18-year culinary life, I trained many students as an instructor chef in professional culinary schools. In Bodrum, where I continue my life now, I am happy to create a menu where local products are combined with international cuisines. I worked as a chef in many educational institutions, especially at the Istanbul Culinary Arts Academy. I have done many demos, R&D and tasting works, especially in Italy. For years, I have been improving myself in Indian cuisine, vegan and vegetarian cuisine and appetizers. However, I am very confident about seafood and Turkish and Mediterranean Cuisine.
