I have been working in the hospitality industry for 18 years. Rather than staying in my comfort zone, I choose to step into new territories and create in styles that challenge me. Growth, for me, begins with taking risks.
For the past 10 years, I have been based in Moda, Istanbul, living with my two cats and two dogs. With a background in boutique events and organizational kitchens, I now channel that experience into food design projects. Together with my team, I curate story-driven, visually distinctive menus and presentations tailored for brands.
