I am a professional chef with 12 years of experience. I just moved back to Turkey from Bay Area California where I lived for 5 years. First 2 years I worked in Chef Micheal Mina's flagship restaurant as a junior sous chef and then become a caterer and private chef in Joshua Charles Catering . Last year I was the Executive Chef of the Company and ran the whole operation.
