I'm Mete Özkan, a 24-year-old creative chef with 5–6 years of hands-on experience in the culinary industry. I graduated with a full scholarship from Istanbul Aydın University, majoring in Gastronomy.

Throughout my career, I've worked in various areas including handmade fast food, pastry, and meze (Turkish appetizers). I've also served as a grill chef and have experience managing kitchen teams. I'm skilled in stock management and product procurement.
