I am an Italian American chef with 20 years experience, from high end Michelin star restaurants in New York City to National Geographic lodges and private yachts. Thoroughly experienced in nutrition and allergy preparations. Creative modern presentation influenced by Local and seasonally available ingredients.

Due to complexity of my menus please accept proposals at least 3 days prior to event.
