I’m an Aegean-born private chef based in British Columbia, Canada. With a background in art direction and design, I bring a creative approach to every plate I serve. My menus are inspired by the vibrant flavors of the Aegean, Mediterranean and Turkish coasts, combining seasonal ingredients with elegant, contemporary presentation. I value simplicity, balance, and authenticity—every dish tells a story from my cultural roots.
