As a culinary enthusiast, I define myself as an individual who loves to feed others and as a perfectionist. My cooking is a synthesis of both aspects.

I have been a home cook for over 28 years. I have vast experience in middle-eastern cuisine. I received professional training at the Chef's Table academy in Istanbul. I did my COOP at the Hilton hotel (Istanbul) in 2018 for 4 consecutive months. I received a 100% grading for my performance during my COOP at the Hilton hotel.
