I am Nihan Munipoğlu A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Paris with a Diplôme de Cuisine. Currently, I work as the head chef at the French Palace
My name is Nihan Münipoğlu.
After a 7-year banking career, I pursued my passion for culinary arts by studying at one of the world’s most prestigious culinary schools, Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, France. Following my education, I gained invaluable experience working in various restaurants and exploring different cultural cuisines.
I spent 2 years as a restaurant chef and, for the past year, I have been serving as the head chef at the French Palace in Istanbul, affiliated with the French Consulate. In this role, I prepare meals for high-ranking officials and special guests from both Turkey and France, working under the French Ambassador to Turkey.
I have expertise in both savory and pastry disciplines, and I am delighted to offer bespoke catering for your special events. My repertoire includes both traditional Turkish cuisine, which is the heritage of my homeland, and French cuisine, in which I am highly skilled.
