There are very few dreams that I could not achieve, I am here to cook my dreams.
Hello everyone; I decided to become a chef when I was 13 years old while helping my mother in the kitchen. The passion for cooking that started in 2008 has been going on for sixteen years. During this process, I gained various experiences and received Gastronomy training in Northern Cyprus. Then, I gained experience in Cyprus Merit Royal and Merit Kristal hotels, Izmir Alaçatı Eflatun Restaurant, Çeşme Paparazi Beach restaurant, Seraf restaurant, and Da-Mario and Gina, an Italian restaurant in Istanbul. Finally, I travel the world in a different catering company, learn different cultures and dishes and cook them in my own kitchen. I have created my professional identity by specializing in Mediterranean, Italian, Spanish, French and Anatolian Turkish cuisine.
