Over the years, he has had the opportunity to work alongside renowned chefs on an international level, exploring new techniques and culinary approaches. This path led him to work as an Executive Chef and culinary consultant for various hospitality projects, before transitioning into private and home chef services for high-profile international clients.

His cuisine moves naturally between tradition and innovation, with a strong curiosity for international flavors and culinary cultures. This continuous research guides his ingredient selection, where quality, seasonality, and balance are essential to the success of every dish.

Chef Antonio places great importance on sourcing local, seasonal products and enhancing their natural characteristics. His cooking philosophy favors gentle techniques such as low-temperature cooking, which preserve nutritional value and organoleptic qualities, resulting in tender, flavorful, and well-balanced dishes enriched with natural aromas.
