Chef Francis Martinez

100% recommend!

Chef Francis and his team prepared a wonderful meal for two. Each of us having a different starter, entree and dessert, each course was nicely prepared and presented and it was delicious. They arrived right on time and we enjoyed good conversation with everyone. The dinner was paced perfectly allowing us time for conversation and time to finish the course before the next course was served. We would definitely ask Chef Francis for a celebratory meal our next visit!

Food was so delicious and the staff created not only a scrumptious meal but an interactive and engaging experience! Will do this again and encourage family and friends to have this special experience.

Chef Francis and Shirley did an awesome job. I was worried that our late arrival would impact the dinner but that didn't phase these two. They cooked a great dinner for my wife and I. I told them we were celebrating our 10 year anniversary and if they can bring some wine, we'd greatly appreciate it. They were able to accommodate us and provided us with a dinner to remember.

This was an exceptionally experience. The two ladies who prepared our meals did a wonderful job. They were polite, friendly and respectful. The meals were beautifully presented and tasted scrumptious. Overall, this was an amazing experience.

Chef Francis was great, the dishes were prepared well and tasted amazing. Although he doesn't speak English well he made sure to communicate often and had a helper with him who speaks fluent English.
