I am a private chef with years of experience creating intimate dinners, personalized menus, and experiences designed for special moments: proposals, anniversaries, trips, celebrations, and evenings around the table. My work begins by listening to each client to understand what they are celebrating, what flavors they enjoy, and what kind of experience they imagine.

My cooking is based on local ingredients, balanced flavors, and warm, thoughtful hospitality. I am also the founder of Ensō, a bakery and kitchen in Mexico where detail, technique, and genuine connection are an essential part of everything we create. My goal is for every dinner to feel natural, memorable, and personally designed.
