Hi, I’m Fernanda, a Mexican-American soulful chef, creative director, and founder with over 15 years of experience in conscious, plant-based cuisine. My cooking fuses ancestral Mexican wisdom with modern wellness, celebrating vibrant ingredients, edible flowers, superfoods, and intentional flavor. Every dish is gluten-free, dairy-free, made from scratch, and rooted in healing, creativity, and soul.
I’ve had the honor of cooking for artists like Billie Eilish and the Mayor of Miami, hosting over 150 wellness-focused workshops for global companies like Google, and curating elevated private dining experiences through my brands, Epic Foods and Epic Happenings. I co-founded the first full plant based - gluten free restaurant in Miami.
Whether it’s an intimate gathering or an immersive event, my mission is to prove that healthy food can be stunning, deeply nourishing, and joyfully unforgettable.
