I’ve loved cooking since I was a child and always knew what I wanted to study. When I was old enough, I enrolled in one of the best culinary schools in Barcelona, and since then I have never stopped learning and cooking in a wide variety of restaurants and in several countries where I have lived.
I now have eight years of experience cooking in restaurants and creating gastronomic experiences. I have worked in establishments specializing in rice dishes, fine dining restaurants, and a gastronomic grill featuring some of the best meats and fish in Catalonia.
I spent several months living and working in Italy, where I learned the secrets of making truly exceptional pasta. I also lived for a year in Oaxaca, Mexico, where I worked in one of the country’s top 100 restaurants, a place that blended tradition and innovation in its dishes and recipes. There, I learned a great deal, especially from traditional cooks who generously shared their techniques and knowledge with me.
In recent years, I have focused more on conscious and healthy cuisine, which I apply in the retreats and cooking workshops I lead, always maintaining outstanding flavor in every dish I prepare. I specialize in cooking with seasonal ingredients, creating unique menus tailored to each occasion.
