I´m an innovative young chef who thrives for exceptional meals and memorable experiences.

I am a hardworking, honest, and dedicated senior-year gastronomy student with over four years of professional experience as a chef. Throughout my career, I have gained valuable hands-on experience through internships at The St. Regis Hotel Punta Mita and Jardín Nebulosa, as well as by working in multiple catering events and private dining services.

I have been part of the Take a Chef portfolio since 2020, where I work as a private chef creating personalized culinary experiences tailored to each client’s preferences.

This year, I proudly opened my own Mexican Artisanal Bakery, where I focus on traditional baking techniques and high-quality ingredients. (You can see some of my conchas about to enter the oven in the photos below.)

I am passionate about continuing to grow, learn, and refine my craft, always striving to deliver flavorful dishes, thoughtful presentation, and memorable experiences.

If needed, I can also bring a translator who speaks English, French, and German to ensure clear communication.
